Blu-rays advantage in space is only limited to media files, since data files aren't usually that big. And since the Ps3 has only 256mb for its GPU, you'll never see more than 256mb in use for textures. Only in video and audio can credit its advantages. the point is that videogaming "PERIOD" is expesnive! If you're worried about prices, leave these consoles on the shelf and go pick up a wii, GameCube, PS2, Xbox, or hell even DreamCast. My friends, the time has come to get a job! Pony up the cash! Buck up, or shut the ... up. Save a few if you can, but don't hate the game NOW, when it's too late. 2: SONY does not offer those downloads, they are developer specific. in other words they EA didn't offer Maddens stuff for ps3 but did on the 360

beta means they're bending to consumer demand to drop everything for a playable tidbit of gaming code NOW!
FF practically LIVES off its fame. so does DMC, RE, SF, Tekken, Ridge, and everything else out there. Franchises are investments anyway, so they just look at as a quick hit to keep the dollars coming. You CAN'T deny a franchises beginings. What is proven is ALWAYS what remains.
KillZone was a flop, and it's been risen to such a high status so as to compete with something out there that has PROVEN its status as a gaming phenomenon. For a person like me, who takes into consideration the immense pressures that devs have to with, I think we should ALL give our support (as gamers) to the little underdogs who try to make SOME form of entry into the gaming world. I don't own a PS3 but I don't hate.
